Description

Natural Factors Coenzyme Q10 100% Natural 400 mg is our highest-strength, naturally fermented CoQ10 supplement. It consists only of the natural trans-isomer form that is identical to the body’s own CoQ10 ubiquinone for superior effectiveness.

CoQ10 is a vitamin-like nutrient with essential roles in the mitochondria, the energy powerhouses of our cells. It is involved in generating adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the body’s main energy source, and facilitates energy delivery to tissues and organs. CoQ10 is highly concentrated in the muscles, including the heart where it helps maintain cardiovascular health. CoQ10 helps reduce the frequency of migraine headaches and associated nausea and vomiting when taken as a preventative. It also provides an antioxidant for the maintenance of good health.
